I think any line of communication one keeps open, any way one makes contact possible - and convenient - can only benefit one's business. That doesn't mean having an account on every social media doohickey but finding the one(s) that click with one's own business and working out a management system integrates into the business' communication day. It's a bit more work, sure, but if you don't have 10 minutes a day to manage a social media account, you sure don't have time to take on another client or project anyway. I think any line of communication one keeps open, any way one makes contact possible – and convenient – can only benefit one’s business. That doesn’t mean having an account on every social media doohickey but finding the one(s) that click with one’s own business and working out a management system integrates into the business’ communication day.
